About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Support Engineer Interns to join our team. This internship is a great opportunity for students or fresh graduates who want to gain real-world experience in customer support, troubleshooting, and product operations within a fast-growing product-based company.

As a Support Engineer Intern, you will work closely with the support and engineering teams to assist customers, resolve basic technical issues, and learn industry-standard support workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers through email, chat, and support tickets.
• Help troubleshoot basic technical and product-related issues.
• Understand customer problems and provide clear responses.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when needed.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Learn and understand the company’s product and support processes.
• Work closely with internal teams to improve user experience.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Basic understanding of web applications and software systems.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt.
