Role Overview

We’re looking for a thoughtful and creative UI/UX Designer who can turn ideas into delightful, functional, and beautiful experiences.

You’ll work closely with our product, design, and engineering teams to shape how people interact with Buy Me a Coffee - ensuring every detail feels simple, clear, and intentional.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand user needs and behaviors through research, feedback, and analytics.
• Translate ideas into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that communicate interaction and design intent clearly.
• Design intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that feel cohesive across web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to bring ideas to life.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design iterations.
• Maintain and evolve our design systems and component libraries.
• Stay up to date with modern design trends, accessibility standards, and UI patterns.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and shipped work (please include this in your application).
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma (preferred), Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Experience designing responsive and mobile-first interfaces.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
